We are seeking an experienced Event Program Manager to assist in executing global large-scale team events . The role focuses on managing the planning and execution of these events, including project management, content management on SharePoint, and ensuring smooth on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing large-scale events end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, organization, and content/project management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute large-scale events.
- Coordinate and update project status, ensuring all event details are managed effectively.
- Interface with sponsors, executive admins, and team business managers to manage upcoming team weeks.
- Follow up with various owners to ensure successful execution of team weeks, including email communication and status updates.
- Manage content on the SharePoint site related to team weeks, including rephrasing and packaging information provided by sponsors.
Skills Required:
- 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale events from start to finish.
- 5-7 years of experience with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
- 5-7 years of experience with content/project management, including using SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with multiple stakeholders and ensuring clear, consistent updates.
