Our potentially life-saving treatments would not exist without the work of our talented scientists. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to continue to deliver our transformative therapy to patients who need it most.The "Fine Print" What You'll DoProvide analytical sample testing support to process development and other teams.Develop and optimize analytical methods to assess product identity, purity, potency and safety tests.Perform troubleshooting and evaluation of analytical methods such as molecular/ biological/ immuno-assays, including ddPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry.Participate in method transfers with QC labs.Uses DOE and statistical methods to design effective experiments.Thoroughly analyze results and methods, track/trend control data, solve analytical problems, and troubleshoot assays.Author/ co-author and review reports, SOPs, and CMC documentation.Skills and Experience We Look ForMaster's degree in immunology, cellular or molecular biology, expertise in ddPCR/qPCR platform is highly desired.Minimum 5+ years (with BS degree) or 3+ years (with MS degree) of industry experience in cancer and autoimmune drug development.Expertise in analytical testing and assay development of cell and gene therapeutics.Understanding of principles and practical applications of molecule-based assays, flow cytometry, cell enumeration and viability.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with an ability to deliver results within timelines.Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.Rewards at ArcellxOur people are our greatest asset, and supporting their well-being is an essential part of delivering on our mission and impacting the lives of patients. Putting this belief into practice means offering strong compensation and benefits.The estimated base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant.
