Sales Collateral & Catalysts SpecialistGrant Thornton is seeking a Sales Collateral & Catalysts Specialist to join the team. As a Sales Collateral & Catalysts Specialist in our Connected Sales & Marketing function, you will drive the creation of innovative, value-driven sales enablement content that empowers our client-facing teams to effectively communicate our firm's expertise in tax, audit, and advisory services. Working at the intersection of marketing creativity and sales strategy, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling sales acceleration tools that differentiate our offerings in the marketplace and help our professionals win deals. From day one, you'll be empowered by our collaborative culture and comprehensive resources to make a meaningful impact on our firm's growth trajectory.Your day-to-day may include:Leading the development and maintenance of sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, value propositions, and service offering descriptions that align with our firm's brand and messaging strategyCollaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling sales narratives and visual materialsDesigning and implementing experimental/interactive sales tools such as ROI calculators, assessment questionnaires, or other sales "widgets" that accelerate the sales cycleCoordinating with onshore/offshore team members to ensure seamless content production workflows, consistent quality standards, and efficient resource allocationPartnering with the Training & Readiness team to create materials that support the adoption of new sales content and tools across the organizationAnalyzing usage data and gathering feedback from sales teams to continuously improve the effectiveness of sales enablement assetsWorking closely with the Lead Qualification Director to develop targeted content that addresses specific client pain points throughout the buyer's journeyMaintaining a comprehensive content repository that enables sales professionals to quickly access the most relevant and up-to-date materialsStaying current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovative sales enablement approachesOther duties as assignedYou have the following technical skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, content development, or marketing communications, preferably in professional services or B2B environmentsDemonstrated experience managing content creation teams and collaborating with distributed/offshore resourcesProficiency with content management systems, design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and digital content creation toolsStrong understanding of sales methodologies and B2B buying processes in professional servicesExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narrativesExperience developing interactive content and digital tools such as ROI calculators and assessment questionnairesData-driven approach to content strategy with the ability to analyze metrics and apply insights to improve performanceStrong leadership skills with the proven ability to motivate teams and drive excellence in content developmentCan travel as neededThe base salary range for this position varies by location. In the firm's Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO, Reno, NV, Cleveland, OH, and Baltimore, MD offices only, it is between $76,000 and $114,000 per year. In the firm's Washington, DC, Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA, San Diego, CA, Boston, MA, Iselin, NJ, and New York, NY offices only, it is between $82,100 and $123,100 per year.
