About the Role We're looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to join our growing Sales team. This position is responsible for designing and executing strategies that empower the sales organization to achieve revenue goals and ensure the sales team has the tools, training, content, and resources needed to succeed. The Enablement Director will collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and other departments to align messaging, optimize processes, and deliver impactful enablement programs. The Director of Sales Enablement is a strategic partner to sales leadership, driving efficiency, improving win rates, and ensuring the sales team is equipped to meet ambitious growth targets. What You'll Do Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives. Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and continuously optimize programs. Communication & Collaboration Lead weekly and monthly team communications to share updates, best practices, and performance insights. Partner with Product Management and Marketing to ensure consistent and compelling sales messaging across all channels. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute the annual Sales Kickoff event. Training & Development Design and manage training tracks for onboarding and ongoing development of sales staff. Oversee certification programs to validate sales competencies and product knowledge. Deliver continuous education on new products, industry trends, and advanced selling techniques. Content & Tools Management Maintain and update sales learning tools and platforms to ensure accessibility and relevance for new hires and existing staff. Collaborate with Marketing to create and manage sales collateral, presentations, and competitive resources. Technology & Analytics Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership. People Management Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Enablement team, ensuring goals, priorities, and expectations are clearly defined and achieved. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to build a high‑performing and collaborative team. Guide day‑to‑day workflow, set performance standards, and conduct regular evaluations to support continuous growth. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 8+ related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles. Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in enablement tools and CRM systems. Nice to Have Proven experience building a Sales Enablement function from the ground up within a fast‑paced, hypergrowth environment. Demonstrated experience designing and managing certification programs that assess sales competencies, validate product knowledge, and ensure sales professionals are fully prepared to engage customers effectively. Compensation & Benefits Office Ally is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices in alignment with pay transparency laws. Compensation for this position may vary based on individual skills, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance‑based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and other benefits. Actual compensation will be determined considering the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
