WOULD YOU BE A GREAT REGISTERED NURSE?
As a successful Registered Nurse at Comfort Home Care in Fitchburg/Leominster, MA, you'll need a unique set of skills to excel in your role. You should be proficient in utilizing various software and tools to provide initial and ongoing assessments, identify medical needs, and perform necessary interventions. Your ability to coordinate services, communicate effectively with physicians and other team members, and collaborate with patients and their families will be crucial in planning care and discharge.
Moreover, your attention to detail in preparing clinical notes and ensuring timely paperwork submission in line with agency policies is essential. By being a problem solver, empathetic, customer-centric, and having integrity, you can make a holistic impact on the lives of your patients as an RN with us
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
RN provides initial and ongoing assessments to identify the client's medical needs level of functioning and ability to communicate and learn.
RN initiates the plan of care necessary revisionsand performs OASIS assessments at appropriate time points when applicable.
RN Initiates and performs appropriate nursing interventions.
RN coordinates services informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the client's condition and needs.
RN collaborates with patient /family and other health care providers and/or community resources with planning of care and discharge.
RN Prepares clinical and progress notes and submits all required paperwork in a timely manner according to agency policy and procedure.
