Quality - Quality Inspector


1. Blueprint Reading and Interpretation, Geometric Tolerancing experience a plus



2. Able to follow Control Plan instructions and record results with accuracy



3. Able to use standard measurement equipment (RAM, comparator, height gages,


gage blocks/plugs, calipers, micrometers, measuring microscopes)



4. Experience with First Piece and in-process inspections in a high volume


manufacturing/assembly environment



5. Conducts mechanical test such as hardness testing, tensile/compression testing,


cutforce testing



6. Computer literate a must



Quality Inspectors are required to:



* Have good communication skills


* Have good attendance


* Understand and follow written procedures


* Follow safety and 5S procedures


* Be responsible for their work
