Genesis10 is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Developer with our client in the insurance industry located in Milwaukee, WI. This is an 11+ month contract position.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with key business units, developers, and security engineers to design and enhance the Identity and Access Management Program
Architect, support, and implement improvements to identity-related systems and processes
Responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to identify software defects and validate functionalit
Work within a DevOps model to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain full stack applications, focusing on both front-end and back-end components
Ensure the security and reliability of identity management systems

Requirements: 4+ years of software engineering, debugging, analysis, and software documentation experience
Expertise in full stack development
3+ years of experience with front end development in modern technologies like REACT, JavaScript, and Node JS
Expertise in backend development (e.g., My SQL, Java Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Python)
Proficiency in developing cloud-based, dockerized applications and microservices
Experience with Agile methodologies/DevOps environment including CI/CD pipelines
Basic understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
Advanced programming skills
Ability to explain technical solutions to technical teams
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
