Receptionist/SchedulerSince 2007, All American Water Restoration, Inc. has provided expert water damage remediation and home remodeling services to our customers. We have an immediate opportunity for a Receptionist/Scheduler in our Orlando, FL office.BenefitsPosition Training - plus opportunities for paid certification trainingCompany Vehicle and Cell PhonePaid Vacation, Personal Days, and Holidays after 90 daysMedical Insurance after 90 daysSimple IRA Account with 3% employer matching, vested immediatelyJob DutiesAnswer phones, field questions, and transfer calls to the appropriate team membersEnter new customers and jobs into the customer databasePerform Property SearchesCreate new folders (Vendor & Client)Schedule all assessment appointments from incoming callsFollow up/confirm appointments for the following dayMaintain team calendars for schedulingScan and upload documents for filesAssist with any special requestsHousekeeping of personal spaceAny other duties as assigned.Qualifications and SkillsGreat customer services skills a MUST.Basic Construction/Restoration knowledge a plus.Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresProficient in Microsoft Office, including Work, Excel, and TeamsExcellent time management/organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust demonstrate professionalism and function independently with minimal supervisionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced workplaceHigh school diplomaMust have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).All American Water Restoration, Inc. is a Drug-Free Workplace.All American Water Restoration, Inc. specializes in comprehensive solutions for water damage restoration, fire damage repair, and mold remediation in Central Florida.
