Position Overview

ThreatLocker is seeking an accomplished Executive Video Producer to spearhead our video production efforts. This role demands a high-caliber professional with extensive experience in commercial video shoots and large-scale corporate B2B projects. You will drive the creative vision, manage the entire video production lifecycle, and produce high-impact content that effectively communicates our cybersecurity solutions, brand messaging, and thought leadership. Your role will enhance our brand's visual presence through sophisticated and engaging video content.

Job Scope:

As a Video Producer at ThreatLocker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Video Production: Direct and oversee on-site and studio shoots, collaborating with talent, videographers, and production teams to deliver exceptional video content. Expertise in operating advanced video, lighting, and sound equipment, including cinema-grade digital cameras such as the Sony FX6 series or Canon C300/C400 series. While the majority of production work will be handled in-house, you will manage additional contracted talent as needed.
  • Post-Production: Lead the post-production process, including video editing, sound design, motion graphics, and color correction. Ensure the final product is polished, aligns with brand standards, and meets high-quality expectations.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content supports broader content strategies, including social media, websites, webinars, and email campaigns.
  • Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest video production techniques, cybersecurity industry trends, and best practices for video content creation and distribution. Implement innovative approaches to keep our content cutting-edge.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all video content adheres to cybersecurity standards and guidelines, safeguarding sensitive company and client information throughout the production process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of agency or commercial-level video production experience, with a proven track record in managing large-scale corporate B2B video projects. Extensive experience leading video concept development and production, including highly impactful commercials.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), with a strong background in graphic design and motion graphics. Advanced knowledge of cinema-grade digital cameras (e.g., Sony FX6 series, Canon C300/C400 series), professional lighting setups, and audio capture equipment. Extensive experience with motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of video creatives, managing projects from concept to final delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Creative and Strategic Vision: Exceptional storytelling abilities, with experience translating complex concepts into engaging visual content that resonates with a B2B audience.Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills to drive innovative video content.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • The role is primarily office-based but may require travel to company offices and various property locations.
  • Physical requirements include occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping or kneeling, talking and hearing, and using hands to manipulate objects and tools.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
