We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Producer to join our team at BeCore, a premier experiential marketing agency and event production company. As a Freelance Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of experiential marketing initiatives and be responsible for growing and educating a team of process and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate strategically with Creative, Client Services, and Business Development teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts and ideas for projects.
• Support initial proposals, pitches, and RFPs, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive budgets, project timelines, and operational plans tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
• Partner with the VP of Production in deliverables and pitches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent field.
• 6-10 years of real-world experience in Special Events, Event Production, Experiential Marketing, Immersive Theatre Production, or other related field.
• Firm knowledge and experience of producing a variety of events focused on experiential marketing and brand immersion.
• Project management and leadership experience required; proven ability to manage and develop a team.
