In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive influencer strategies that amplify brand stories, strengthen consumer engagement, and elevate our clients' presence across the travel, hospitality and real estate industries. You will counsel clients on how to build long-term, impactful relationships with creators and thought leaders, while managing high-profile campaigns that drive both awareness and measurable business results.Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in office 3 days per week.As the Vice President, Influencer Marketing, you will:Develop, lead and execute multi-faceted influencer strategies and campaigns in the travel, hospitality and real estate sectors, from one-time activations to long-term partnership programsBuild, nurture and maintain strong relationships with travel, lifestyle, real estate, culture, brand and hospitality influencers to deliver engaging, authentic, branded contentOversee Influencer "casting", negotiation, contracting and content management across different campaignsBe able to marry the online and offline, understanding digital campaigns can drive action in real life; strong understanding of the relationship between brand, media, and audienceCollaborate closely with PR, marketing, and content teams to align influencer activity with broader brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platformsServe as a key point of contact and thought leader for clients, delivering clear recommendations, industry insights and trend analysis to inform strategyMonitor, analyze and report on influencer and campaign performance; apply learnings to continually improve effectiveness and ROIBring, develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers across all of the aforementioned industries, working with them to create engaging, authentic, branded contentWork closely with Orchestra's Growth team to pitch Influencer engagement as both a standalone and add-on communications channel.Support and collaborate with team leads to envision and execute creative influencer-driven campaigns that advance client goalsEssential skills:8+ years of experience in influencer relations, social media, PR, or brand partnerships with proven success in the travel, hospitality and real estate industriesStrong knowledge of all social media platforms, KPIs and best practices. Knowledge of paid social and optimizationEstablished network and strong working relationships with influencers, talent agencies and platform partners across travel, lifestyle, real estate and hospitalityExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both clients and influencersSkilled in time management, budget oversight and multi-brand project execution in fast-paced environmentsStrong strategic thinker who is creative, proactive, collaborative and solutions-orientedProven ability to stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies and apply them to elevate influencer programmingCapable of working both independently and in a dynamic, high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere, being a proactive problem-solver yet elevating concerns when you have themWorking at Orchestra:Salary (commensurate with experience and skills): $130,000 - $150,000, plus eligibility for an end of year bonus based on firm, team and individual performance.Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependentsPre-tax Health Savings Account Savings Plan (HSA-SP) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401K with a 4% employer match and no vesting periodGenerous paid time offPre-tax commuter benefitsMobile phone reimbursement for data and minutesEmployer-funded life insuranceDiscounted annual bikeshare membershipCorporate discounts through Tickets at Work
