We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery.About The TeamThe Key Accounts Manager will report to the Key Account Director and is directly responsible for selling the Noah Medical Galaxy System to key targets within their assigned territory. They will possess expertise in advanced bronchoscopy and thoracic oncology including relevant procedures and technologies as well as the market specific patient experience. The Key Accounts Manager will leverage their ability to collect, distill, and present market analytics to develop both clinical and administrative champions within key accounts. Individuals will leverage their consultative selling skills to drive alignment through, and accelerate, the complex hospital capital sales process. The Key Accounts Manager will own the sales process from initial engagement through installation.The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients across the Northern California area. This role involves frequent travel within this location to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth, and is not limited to this area travel may extend to other regions as business needs arise.A Day In The Life Of Our Key Account ManagerAchieve annual sales goals with key targets in an assigned territory.Utilize the tools and training provided by Noah Medical to accelerate sales with key targets within the territory.Develop clinical champions strongly aligned to the clinical value propositions of the Galaxy system.Develop executive champions with strong alignment to the strategic and economic value propositions of the Galaxy systemBuild and close the capital pipeline through consistent execution of the Noah Medical sales process.Effectively drive market awareness and generate demand for the Galaxy System within assigned sales territory.Manage and accelerate the complex hospital sales process from initial engagement through contract signature.Facilitate the post-installation customer handoff to the clinical sales team.Contribute to Noah Medical's culture of collaboration by developing, implementing and sharing best practices across the sales organization.Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders including but not limited to: Clinical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Contracting, Field ServiceDevelop and partner with KOLs to reinforce the Galaxy system clinical, economic and strategic value propositions.Maintain up to date information for opportunities and accounts utilizing Salesforce CRMAbout YouBachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years medical device sales experience.Minimum of 1-3 years experience selling capital or medical devices into the C-Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/sales processes simultaneously.Familiarity managing a sales pipeline with the aid of a CRM.Comfort traveling approximately 70% of the time.Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.Preferred: Experience selling a highly technical disruptive medical technology. Experience with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology and endoscopy procedures and call points. Experience differentiating a technical product in a highly competitive environment.
