And with a staff that includes arborists, certified pest control applicators, horticulturalists and other experts, we're able to solve every tree, shrub, flower, and grass challenge you have.This role is located in Ocala FLJob OverviewThe Enhancement Crew Member plays a crucial role in executing various enhancement projects, including installing new features, improving existing landscapes, and ensuring overall project quality. This position requires hands-on work and collaboration with other team members to achieve high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLandscape Installation: Assist in the installation of landscape enhancements, including plantings, hardscapes (such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls), irrigation systems, and decorative elements.Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up equipment. Ensure that all necessary materials and tools are ready for use.Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform maintenance and improvement tasks on existing landscapes, such as pruning, mulching, and soil conditioning. Implement design modifications based on project specifications and client requests.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets company standards and client expectations. Conduct final inspections of completed projects and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other crew members, following instructions from supervisors and assisting with various tasks as needed to complete projects efficiently.Safety Practices: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents to a supervisor immediately.Customer Interaction: Represent Sunrise Landscape professionally on job sites, addressing client questions or concerns with courtesy and respect.QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, digging, and operating landscaping equipment.Knowledge: Basic understanding of landscaping practices, plant care, and hardscape installation is a plus.
