About this position
To oversee clinical pharmacy practice in specialized areas of North Memorial Medical Center and Hubert Humphrey Cancer Center in accordance with organizational policies, standards of practice of the profession, Regulatory agencies' requirements and State and Federal laws. Plans and implements new clinical programs in support of advancing quality of customer care and cost reduction. Serves as a resource for medical, nursing, and pharmacy staffs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of a Post-Year Graduate 2 (PGY2) residency in oncology, Board Certification in oncology (BCOP)
OR
Post-Year Graduate 1 (PGY1) residency AND a minimum of two (2) years' post-pharmacist licensure experience in hematology/oncology
OR
Extensive (5+ year) practice experience in the hematology/oncology area
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Experience
• Hospital experience in the specialized clinical area or completion of a hospital residency preferred.
• Computer and keyboard skill
Licensure/Certification
• Licensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy

Salary Range: N30 ($62.24 - $93.36), based on experience
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
