On the whole, the front desk spa receptionist is responsible for, and dedicated to providing recognition, satisfaction and value to its residents while striving to continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, maintain high productivity, employee morale and positive resident and guest relations to ensure eminent standards of service and maximum profit.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa and facilitate business by conducting tours of the spaAnswer phone calls, take messages, initiate phone sales, and schedule appointmentsProvide information about spa services and productsProcess payments and handle cash transactionsMaintain a clean and organized reception areaAssist with other tasks as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year experience in the health spa industry or related fitness experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsProficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling softwareMust pass a background security check and meet the pre-employment drug-free workplace conditions of the Club.
