  • Provide clients with an exceptional level of service, offering precise and comprehensive legal counsel, and strategic and commercially considered advice.
  • Join the firm in achieving their strategic revenue growth plans and PPEP targets. The candidate must be able to demonstrate commercial awareness, show expected synergies their incoming practice will bring and articulate well considered business development plan.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge within the specialised practice area, with supporting case studies, publications and industry presence.
  • Proven business development – utilising internal networks and deal flow, and/or external business development and networking
  • Portable business within the first 12 month of at least $1m
  • Juris Doctor – with an exceptional academic record
  • 8+ qualified experienced experience at either existing partner level (or senior associate with the required portable business may be considered)
  • Active member the Florida State Bar
