Job title: Lead Informatica IDMC/ Sr. Developer Location: Phoenix, AZ Responsibilities: Lead the migration of SSIS or any other ETL tool to Informatica Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC) Participate in ETL Design of new or changing mappings and workflows with the team and prepares technical specifications Analyze data integration requirements, analyzing data sources and targets, business rules, and transformation logic Develop interface design specifications to source data from flat files and RDBMS as well as send extracts in various data formats Develop and maintain integration mappings, transformations, and orchestration workflows Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security throughout the integration processes Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and develop strategies for data cleansing and transformation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address data requirements Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing for ETL processes Maintains documentation of ETL processes, data flows, and mappings Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter/IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services)/IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) Hands-on development experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) technologies Good understanding of ETL and ELT best practices and experience with ETL and ETL mapping documentation Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes; understanding of data models and data flows Basic understanding of data integration and data quality principles Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with cloud integrations, preferably Azure Experience leading technical development teams Working experience with Agile Methodologies Experience in creating and configuring APIs, services, and implement real-time solutions using CAI is an added advantage Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
