Senior Director - Agency Structured TransactionsCBRE is seeking a Structured Transactions Team Lead to oversee and drive execution of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac structured loan products, including Credit Facilities, Bulk Deliveries, Transitional Lines of Credit, and Long-Term Financing Facilities.What You'll DoStructured Transactions Execution & OversightServe as the central point of contact and lead all stages of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Structured TransactionsOversee and review deal screening, term sheet negotiation, underwriting, and documentationOwn and maintain the transaction sizer throughout each deal lifecycleFacilitate deal calls, legal negotiation, and commitment reviewsManage post-closing handoff to asset management and support property-level and transaction-level requestsTeam & Cross-Functional LeadershipDirectly or indirectly manage an Underwriter and/or Underwriting AnalystCoordinate workstreams across Underwriting, Legal, Closing, Asset Management, and ProductionProvide mentorship and knowledge sharing across internal stakeholders and junior team membersMonitoring & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline reports reflecting structured activityLead quarterly asset performance reviews and support watch list managementIdentify refinance, conversion, and borrow-up opportunities in the portfolioMarketing & StrategySupport preparation of pitch materials, production statistics, and conference collateralCollaborate with the Managing Director and Producers on deal strategy, client messaging, and execution planningStakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners including:Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac production, credit, and asset management teamsLegal counsel and external advisorsBorrowers and borrower counselCBRE producers, underwriters, and CMC groupsAd Hoc & Strategic ProjectsAssist with training materials, team development, and executive leadership initiativesWhat You'll NeedRequired Skills & ExperienceExpertise in executing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Structured Transactions including:Fannie Mae Credit Facility & Bulk DeliveryFreddie Mac Transitional Line of Credit & Long-Term Financing FacilityProven ability to lead complex multi-party structured dealsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred RelationshipsExisting relationships with:Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Production & Credit TeamsAgency Asset Management TeamsExternal Legal Counsel with structured deal expertiseCBRE Producers and Capital Markets professionalsManagement & Process SkillsExperience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneouslyAbility to problem-solve proactively and drive continuous process improvementWhy CBREWhen you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive. The minimum salary for the Senior Director position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary is $170,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
