From being the doctor's right hand, to having the ability to connect with patients, and striving to provide the best patient experience, Dental Assistants are a key contributor to the success of our practice.Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5PMKey Responsibilities:Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortableSet up and breakdown operatory post treatmentTake dental radiographs (x-rays)Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipmentProvide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment proceduresEducate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral healthQualifications:Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specifyX-ray certification where state regulations specify1 - 2 years of Dental Assisting experience (preferred)By joining our team, you will have:3 weeks PTO & 8 Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveMedical/Vision/Dental Benefits401k MatchProfessional Growth and Career Advancement OpportunitiesAdditional Information:Gen4 Dental Partners provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Working Environment & Physical Requirements:This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible.
