Responsibilities:
The Title Policy Specialist will be responsible for:
- Performing title commitments and CD audits
- Verifying of accurate vesting
- Ensuring correct collection of title insurance amount and endorsements
- Reviewing recording instruments and requests for updates
- Re-issuing policies as needed
- Providing policy status and corrections updates
Skills/ Competencies:
The ideal Title Policy Specialist will possess these skills:
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
- 1-3 years policy industry and title examiner experience, ideally in a national capacity
- RamQuest closing operations systems or related preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency
