CCC DELIVERY is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages from our Stratford base. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer's door on time. We offer full-time opportunities on a 4-day work schedule. One weekend day is mandatory, with other days flexible. We're looking to hire people who are hard-working, dependable, and want to learn how to be the best they can be -- and who want to move forward in life.

We are looking to hire step van drivers who are ready to be DOT-certified (not CDL). We pay for the training and medical exam -- you get the benefits, including a pay incentive.

Company vehicle provided. No CDL is required.

Shifts are normally 10:30-11 a.m. to 9-9:30 p.m., 9-10 hours per day (Expected to work 36-42 hours per week) -- We are open 7 days per week, you work 4 days, with opportunities for overtime.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.

  • Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.

  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.

  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.

  • Load and unload packages to be delivered.

  • Must be CUSTOMER OBSESSED We strive to deliver EVERY package, bringing smiles to our customers.

  • Must follow instructions and adapt to changing guidelines.

  • With or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, get in and out of the van, and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20.50/hour to start, with regular reviews. Raises based on responsibilities and job performance, to $22.50. OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW

Basic Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Successfully pass a pre-employment four-panel drug test (urine)

  • Only full-time employees are eligible

  • High school education or equivalent
