Sales/Business DevelopmentCamacho is a leading foodservice consultant that designs commercial kitchens, headquartered in Norcross, GA. With over 57 years of customer focused leadership. The Sales/Business Development person will play a critical role in preserving our leadership position and shaping our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and independent, with strong interpersonal, and listening skills. Shows a willingness to learn, problem-solve, math and computer skills.Key Responsibilities:Sales execution: Generate and track leads in CRM system. Research markets, make sales calls and follow up via phone, email, etc., to complete the sale.Travel. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients and potential clients.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport, listen and understand customer needs. Ability to problem solve and find solutions to customer issues.Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals and develop new markets.Collaborate with the team and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.Participate in daily/weekly meetings. Ability to work and communicate across departments in a professional and credible manner, to grow, manage and improve the customer acquisition process.Assist with other business development/marketing functions, as necessary.Qualifications:Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications. Bachelors preferred.Experience: 3 year's general sales or marketing (foodservice / hospitality / foodservice equipment sales experience a plus)Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and CRM's such as PipeDrive, Monday.Why Join Us?
