This role contributes to the bank's growth by promoting and cross-selling bank products and services.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Receiving, paying out cash, handling negotiable items, loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.Setting up, closing, and balancing teller station.Recording sales of monetary instruments.Maintaining neat and well-stocked teller area.Cross-selling bank products and services.Following limits established for protection of customer accounts and bank safety and soundness.Adhering to bank policies and procedures.Assisting with balancing Vault, ATM, Night Drop, Coin Machine as assigned.Assisting with proper scanning of bank documents and proof work.Exercising judgment when applying holds and making check cashing decisions.Cross-training to be available to open basic new consumer accounts.Adhering to work schedule.
