Learn more about #DSGFinance here:The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing sales and margin forecasts, financial analysis and decision support for the eCommerce business. This includes diagnostics on performance, and strong collaboration with the eCommerce, Merchandising and Analytics teams.Sales and Margin Forecast and BudgetDevelop the daily merchandise sales and margin forecast leveraging trends, expectations for product launches, and promotional/clearance activityDevelop forecast and budget for shipping revenueAnalyze significant variances to forecast, determine drivers, and future implicationsIn conjunction with the eComm business, develop the annual budget including drivers of planned sales & margin growthBusiness Analytics and ReportingLeverage our data warehouse to identify key performance drivers, marketing effectiveness, change in traffic sources and devices.Monitor and diagnose any unforeseen gaps between Demand and Fulfilled salesNon-routine analytics on promotional eventsProvide sales/margin data and insights for discussions with key stakeholders and business leaders (Monthly Business Review, PAR/Finance meeting)Additional ResponsibilitiesEstimate value of eCommerce promotions/events for business planning and forecasting purposes, and completing post-mortem financial analysis of promotions/eventsOn a monthly basis, complete banner-level sales and margin reporting for pro forma banner-level financial statementsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree-MBA/CPA a plus5-7 Years of ExperiencePrefer knowledge of MS Excel, PeopleSoft Financials and Hyperion
