We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.If you are ready to make a difference as part of the world's greatest sports team, apply to join our team todayOVERVIEW:Strategic Initiatives: Lead on-going project management & support of key initiatives set by Senior LeadershipAct as lead of projects overseeing cross-functional team members & executing project vision in conjunction with project leadershipConduct analyses for relevant projects to support, accelerate, and guide leadership decisionsEngage & lead problem solving sessions with internal strategy colleagues to overcome project challengesSynthesize and present findings to senior leadership and organizational stakeholders as necessaryCompetitive & Business Intelligence: Understand the sporting goods and omni-channel retail landscapeAggregate & analyze competitive insights and prepare reports for organization & leadership on a regular cadence using both internal and 3rd party data sourcesResearch new business trends and leverage expert interviews to build insights / recommendations on new business opportunitiesCollaborate with cross functional teams to build out market level strategies in response to business intelligence updatesCompany Strategy: Annual and forward-looking strategic plans and organizational goalsWork with senior leadership to set-forth the organization's strategic plan (both annual and multi-year) as well as any high priority goals / objectivesSupport strategy leadership in running the annual strategic off-site attended by the organization's Executive Leadership Team and BODQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering; MBA or relevant work experience preferred5-7 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity / Venture Capital, Internal Corporate Strategy for a Fortune 500 CompanyStrong literacy in financial modelingComposure with Senior Leadership in 1:1 conversations; experience influencing and presenting to Senior LeadersPassion for Strategy, Retail, Sports, and/or InnovationAbility to problem solve issues across a wide range of business topics and functionsDemonstrates an ability to work and build relationships with all levels of the business from entry-level teammates the Executive TeamDemonstrates an ability to analyze data and effectively synthesize recommendationsComfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentExperience creating or using presentations and other methods to drive projects / change within an organization
