Seeking a dynamic healthcare staffing industry leader who is passionate about developing people, leads from the front, and enjoys working alongside the team. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who has demonstrated success but could see themselves thriving in a more entrepreneurial environment with the autonomy to steer the ship. Our client is seeking a proven performer with strong experience leading teams in recruiting, service delivery, operations, and account management. A big picture thinker who can be strategic but enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being in the business is the person who will be successful in this role.
Director Responsibilities:
- Ensure the growth and profitability of the division for clinical medical staffing business locally in Chicago and nationally.
- Hire, train, and develop a high performing recruiting/account management team and other support staff.
- Initiate weekly 1:1 meetings with staff to deliver timely performance feedback.
- Maintain oversight of operational and financial performance of the division.
- Develop and execute recruiting and service delivery strategies to expand market share across the clinical healthcare vertical.
- Drive effective recruiting and operations strategies to develop robust candidate pipelines and deliver on forecasted client hiring needs.
Director Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Healthcare staffing industry experience a must
- Proven success as a strong leader in staffing.
- Prior experience in a leadership position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Passionate driving a strong company culture.
- High-energy, goal-driven, works with a sense of urgency and loves building relationships
