Flux Core Welder And FitterImmediately interviewing and testing Flux Core Welders and FittersJoin our team where you will work with a leading steel fabricator, completing essential fitting duties. This role involves structural steel fitting, flux core welding, and pipe fitting. Candidates must be proficient in using a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inch and should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates with all relevant experience are encouraged to applyResponsibilities:Perform flux core welding and fitting on structural carbon steelAccurately read and interpret a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inchHandle and move materials weighing up to 50 poundsEssential Skills:1-2 years of experience in structural steel welding and fittingAbility to read blueprints and use hand tools effectivelyPay: $20-25/hr depending on test and experience before overtime. 10-20 hours of overtime a week currently (weekly pay).Benefits:401k and medical/dental/vision health insurance on and off contractWhy Work Here?Be part of an inclusive team that values skill development and offers a dynamic work environment.
