An established, rapidly growing agribusiness organization based in Fresno, California, is seeking an exceptional Director of Tax to lead their multi-entity corporate tax function. Why This Role? Impactful Leadership: Oversee a skilled in-house tax team and direct all tax matters for diverse operations in agriculture and real estate. Key Responsibilities Lead all income, property, sales/use, and other tax-related functions for multiple corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and individual interests. Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state returns (corporate, partnership, and individual). Develop and implement tax planning strategies in support of current business operations, estate planning, and long-term growth. Drive automation and efficiency through the latest tax technology and data analytics tools. Manage external tax advisors and collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams. Supervise and mentor in-house tax staff. Requirements What's In It For You?
