Bullpen, on behalf of our client, a Louisville, Kentucky-based national real estate investment firm founded in 2020 that focuses on acquiring and operating multifamily assets, is searching for a Director of Asset Management.


This role best suits an individual who's a self-starter who can own tasks from day one. The ideal professional will also be a resilient problem soliver who is results-oriented. Location in Louisville, KY is preferred but also open to candidates in Chicago, Atanta, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Charlotte, Nashville, Dallas, and St. Louis.


Job Description


  • Develop and implement comprehensive multifamily asset management strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and financial goals


  • Provide, mentorship, and support to ensure effective execution of asset management initiatives


  • Identify opportunities to enhance the value of existing assets through proactive management, optimization of operational efficiency, and strategic capital investments


  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, to evaluate asset performance and identify areas for improvement


  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and real estate, to drive alignment and maximize synergies across different business units


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including property owners, investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance and facilitate successful asset management outcomes


  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting asset management practices, and leverage this knowledge to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement


  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, providing insights into asset performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily asset management
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Bachelor's and advanced degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Location is Louisville, KY or a nearby city
