Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Campaign Management to lead our Brand and Creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and awareness of Dan-O's Seasoning through new product launches, promotions, and activations. As a Senior Director of Campaign Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of promotional campaigns that align with our brand strategy and business objectives. Requirements Drive growth & awareness of the Dan-O’s Seasoning through promotional campaigns Partner in the execution of initiatives defined on the Marketing Promotion Calendar Collaborate with other members of the Marketing Team to integrate brand communications in channels including, but not limited to above the line advertising, media, performance marketing, CRM, Influencers and social media. Provide cross-functional leadership for product launches, offers and promotions to build online and retail layers Responsible for day-to-day operations of marketing activation planning Lead cross-functional groups to execute channel promotions by tracking progress against all deliverables and timelines Calendar Development & Leadership Lead initiatives in test capacity and transition successful outcomes to broader retail and eCOM marketing plans Monitor and report out on test performance Leverage test & learn process to develop 12-18 month promotional calendar Work closely with agency partners and internal marketing team to drive recommendations based on insights and learnings from programs implemented Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience A minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry. Strong analytical background Ability to work with cross-functional teams to lead execution of multiple initiatives Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to the highest levels of leadership and manage high-visibility function Skills: Outstanding Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and mentor team members. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on timeline and budget management. Creativity: Ability to develop innovative strategies and creative briefs that resonate with the target audience. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
