Contract opportunity for a client based in Portland, Oregon Seeking a Marketing Research Coordinator who will assist in survey administration, data cleaning, and designing data presentations for internal audiences.


This position will support the development of interview and focus group scripts, and schedule and coordinate qualitative data collection efforts and group-based qualitative analysis and writing. This role will coordinate the collection of information for, and distribution of, survey incentives, and will ensure that all reports and presentations are completed in a timely manner.


A successful candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with online survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS); and a basic understanding of social media and other marketing channels.


Requirements:

• Proficiency in CRM and database management

• Strong analytical skills

• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and survey tools

• Experience in campaign planning and execution

• Ability to coordinate and manage projects

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role is an advantage
