Your Role as a Tech Lead:

  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leadership to understand requirements and own your code from design through implementation, testing, and delivery of high-quality products to our stakeholders.
  • Innovation Architect: Design and implement new capabilities and features, enhancing and hardening integrations within our ecosystem to improve our suite of solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement Champion: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting and integrating feedback from customers, internal partners, and team members.
  • Tech Explorer: Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and methodologies to refine and enhance existing systems and workflows.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software development with a strong focus on delivery, flexibility, and scaling mission-critical solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and operate at the speed of the business.
  • Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Typescript – some experience with both preferred – and a history of working with DevSecOps team members on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Meaningful expertise in system design and application architecture.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience guiding a technical team, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and devise innovative solutions.
  • Agile Mindset: Agile delivery and agile approach, with a track record of delivering high-quality products in iterative cycles.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learner: A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
