Senior Retail Operations SpecialistWe're hiring a Senior Retail Operations Specialist to run the daily engine behind Grns retail fulfillment. You'll ensure every order ships accurately, on time, and in full protecting revenue, keeping retailers happy, and preventing costly headaches before they happen. This role connects all the moving parts: internal ops, 3PLs, logistics partners, and retail accounts, making sure product flows cleanly from warehouse to shelf with zero surprises.You'll own 3PL performance, support new retail launches, manage EDI workflows, and build the processes that keep our retail operations scalable as we grow. This role reports directly to our Director of Retail Operations. This role is part of our remote HQ We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.In This Role, You Will:Own day-to-day retail operations and fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and delivered OTIF (on time, in full) to retail partners.Manage 3PL and logistics partner relationships, maintaining SLAs, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to reduce errors and costs.Lead retailer onboarding and launch execution, coordinating EDI setup, packaging readiness, and 3PL fulfillment to ensure smooth new account rollouts.Implement and document SOPs across retail operations (receiving, lot/expiry management, promotions, and returns) to standardize workflows and enable scalability.Track and analyze retail performance metrics, including OTIF rates, chargebacks, and end-of-month reconciliations, identifying trends and opportunities for efficiency.Support cross-functional alignment between Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure retail programs are executed flawlessly and retailers have a consistent, reliable experience.Drive continuous improvement, proactively identifying gaps in fulfillment, packaging, or retailer-specific processes and implementing solutions.We're Looking For Someone Who:Brings 3+ years of experience in retail operations, fulfillment, or supply chain (CPG or Food & Beverage strongly preferred).Has hands-on experience managing 3PLs and logistics partners, including performance tracking and issue resolution.Understands the nuances of retail fulfillment, including EDI order management, lot codes, and expiration handling.Is comfortable working with major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Sam's Club, and understands their operational expectations.Possesses strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling).Is experienced with WMS/ERP systems (Fulfil.io a major plus) and EDI workflows.Communicates clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.Manages multiple priorities efficiently, stays organized under pressure, and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving.Has a continuous improvement mindset always looking to make processes cleaner, faster, and more reliable.Approach To The Role:Communicative and collaborative ensures alignment between teams and partners.Process-oriented builds structure where none exists.Data-driven makes decisions from facts, not assumptions.Reliable and accountable owns outcomes end-to-end.Curious and iterative always looking for a better way to do things.To apply: Please enter your info and share a bit about yourself with us below.
