ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with teams to understand and address data needs.
  • Create visually engaging and user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders, both internally and for clients.
  • Partner with leaders and Data Scientists to generate and present recommendation reports that translate complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to craft dynamic reports and presentations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Assist IT teams in refining and organizing data for accurate reporting.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data with precision and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in writing queries, generating reports, and presenting findings.
  • Knowledge of data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with standard project management practices.
  • Ability to work with IT teams to improve data quality.
  • Experience with Amazon Quicksight, Superset, Redshift, and various data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
  • Knowledge of and experience with Postgres and/or Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


Nice to Have

  • Ability to identify and analyze data trends to find opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Experience with AWS products related to analytics, computing, databases, developer tools, and machine learning.
  • Knowledge of data standardization policies and the ability to develop data management tools, including data dictionaries, data models, and metadata repositories.
