Head Of Technology For Individual MarketplaceThe Head of Technology for Individual Marketplace is a senior executive who reports to the CTO of WTW, works closely with the Individual Marketplace business leader, and serves on both the Individual Marketplace senior leadership team and the business technology leadership team. The role oversees a global engineering organization of over 300 professionals based in the USA, India and Peru and works collaboratively with peers across WTW's technology leadership community. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of technology, from architecture and engineering delivery to security, innovation, and business alignment. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $240,000 $300,000 USD per year.
