Pride Healthcare is assisting a top healthcare organization to identify the right person to fill a remote Clinical RN Manager opening.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and direct the day-to-day operations within the clinic
- Oversee the clinic staff, including hiring, retaining, coaching, and development of staff
- Carefully coordinate clinic workflows to ensure effective clinical services are provided
- Ensure policies and workflows are clearly understood and followed by all clinic staff
- In collaboration with CSD and Quality Improvement Director, serve as the audit lead for clinical and nursing elements during CMS/DHCS audit review
- Develop and monitor corrective action plans to ensure ongoing compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic or complex care
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience overseeing RN, LVN, and MA staff
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- Unencumbered RN CA state license
Additional Details:
- Direct hire placement with full-time hours
- Schedule is Mon-Fri 8a-5p
- Looking for a candidate well-versed in people development, management, and RN level nursing care
- Salary may be negotiable for the right candidate based on experience level
