  • Develop Loan Closing Checklists and prepare loan documents
  • Collect and review due diligence materials
  • Conduct due diligence searches
  • Oversee mortgage recordings and UCC filings
  • Maintain knowledge of internal procedures
  • Perform clerical tasks, including correspondence and mailing

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

  • Prior law firm litigation experience in real estate, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and/or evictions
  • State, federal, and/or bankruptcy efiling experience
  • experience preparing loan documents

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Inquisitiveness
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • High level of organization
