Senior Corporate Accounting ManagerPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager to join us fully onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO.Key Responsibilities:Financial Close & Reporting Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for a global companyPrepare and review consolidated financial statements and variance analysesEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX requirements and implement standard changes as applicableTeam Leadership Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureDelegate tasks and review work for accuracy and timelinessAdditional Responsibilities Implement and enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvement initiativesCoordinate internal and external audits, including SOX testingSupport budgeting and ad hoc financial analysisOther reasonable duties as assignedQualifications:Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferredExperience 6-8 years accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory rolePrior experience in a publicly traded company or public accounting firm strongly preferredExperience working with international subsidiaries preferredTechnical Skills Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reportingProficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP S4/HANA) and advanced Excel skillsFamiliarity with SOX compliance, internal control frameworks, and IFRS reporting a plusSoft Skills Strong leadership, effective communication, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent attention to detail demonstrated ability to review detailed financial statements with a high level of accuracyAdditional Qualifications Align with our company valuesCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
