My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with specialization in M&E to join their team in Boston, Massachusetts.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones, financial status, and any deviations from the plan.
  • Conduct regular inspections/audits to identify and address quality and safety issues.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical Services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification preferred, but is not required.
