Our established, very successful and growing financial services client in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Title Policy Specialist to join their team.



Responsibilities:

The Title Policy Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Performing title commitments and CD audits
  • Verifying of accurate vesting
  • Ensuring correct collection of title insurance amount and endorsements
  • Reviewing recording instruments and requests for updates
  • Re-issuing policies as needed
  • Providing policy status and corrections updates



Skills/ Competencies:

The ideal Title Policy Specialist will possess these skills:

  • High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 1-3 years policy industry and title examiner experience, ideally in a national capacity
  • RamQuest closing operations systems or related preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
