Senior Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist focusing on roofing systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives for our TPO membrane and PIR insulation product lines. Your expertise in PIR formula and process technology will be instrumental in developing compelling marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and establishing strong brand positioning within the construction industry.

  2. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content, including product brochures, case studies, white papers, and website content, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of our roofing systems.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
  4. Brand Positioning: Work closely with the team to establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the roofing systems market, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  5. Product Launches: Manage product launch campaigns for new TPO membrane and PIR insulation products, including coordinating promotional activities, creating sales collateral, and organizing launch events.
  6. Sales Support: Provide sales teams with the necessary marketing materials, training, and support to effectively promote and sell our roofing systems to customers and stakeholders.
  7. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, email marketing, social media campaigns, and search engine optimization (SEO), to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Trade Shows and Events: Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to showcase our roofing systems, engage with customers, and build strategic partnerships.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, contractors, architects, and other industry stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction material and roofing systems, particularly TPO membrane and PIR insulation,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
