Join Our Team as a Skilled CNC Machinist

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented CNC Machinists to join our team for 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts. Whether you're experienced with mills or lathes, we have a place for you. No programming experience is required, but we value your hands-on expertise with 3, 4, and 5 Axis Mills and familiarity with Y Axis and 2 Axis Lathes.



Key Responsibilities

  • Loading material/parts into machines and running programs.
  • Performing daily maintenance on machines (checking fluid levels, cleaning out chips, etc).
  • Conducting in-process inspection of parts.
  • Making minor program changes, mainly tool offsets.
  • Replacing worn or damaged tools (inserts, boring bars, end mills, drills, etc).
  • Signing off paperwork accompanying parts (MOT, Inspection Traveler).
  • Ensuring proper handling of parts.
  • Maintaining proper identification of parts/parts containers to ensure traceability to job number & split lot.


Experience and Training Requirements

  • Proficiency in machine operation; experience with Mazak machines is a plus.
  • Knowledge of part holding methods.
  • Understanding of machine maintenance requirements.
  • Ability to read and understand B/P's including assemblies, dimensions, tolerances, symbols, notes, abbreviations, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing, and other standard nomenclature per customer, government, or industry standards.
  • Experience using basic inspection, measuring, and test equipment to verify product dimensions.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC code.
  • Skill in installation and removal of perishable tooling.
  • Familiarity with company-specific handling requirements.
  • Understanding of company-specific product identification requirements.
