Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire vertical marketing team, focusing on lead generation, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution. Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the head of marketing, sales leadership, and other senior team members.
