Digital Project ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing omnichannel campaign delivery, ensuring operational excellence, and collaborating across multiple departments to achieve project goals. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in digital media operations and project management.Responsibilities:Coordinate the setup, quality assurance, launch, pacing, optimization, and close-out of digital campaigns to ensure successful delivery across all channels.Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet project objectives.Manage timelines and oversee day-to-day deployment activities while maintaining clear communication with editorial, product, and ad operations teams.Facilitate internal meetings, including kick-offs, concept reviews, and readiness checkpoints, to align cross-functional teams on project progress.Prepare pacing and performance reports using internal dashboards and collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to optimize delivery.Maintain accurate records of campaigns, including documentation, trackers, and proof-of-placement materials.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes, including approvals and proper archiving.Support billing reconciliation and validate delivery against insertion orders to ensure financial accuracy.Provide recommendations for campaign optimization and delivery strategies in partnership with marketing and editorial teams.Requirements:Minimum of 35 years of experience in omnichannel campaign delivery, digital media operations, or pharma media and advertising.Proficiency in managing target lists, pacing, quality assurance, and reporting for digital campaigns.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage overlapping projects effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise correspondence.Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with digital asset management tools.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that requires adaptability and collaboration.Preferred experience with endemic platforms or publisher-owned media.Familiarity with engagement quality metrics and activation models is a plus.Innovation starts with people.
