Start your Planet Fitness career todayAs Club Manager (CM) will be responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience as well as a financially successful club. The Club Manager will be accountable for leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Create and maintain a culture of positivity and motivation within the club for the benefit of the Team Members and customers.Create and maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere for all Team Members, members, prospective members and guests and ensure Team Members follow superior customer service guidelines. Provide 1 service.Keep clubs spotlessly clean.Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing club Team Members.PayrollStaff ManagementQualifications/Requirements:Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industryExperience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness preferredExceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skillsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic.Strong problem resolution skillsCurrent CPR Certification recommendedMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be punctualMust have the ability to be constantly on call on an immediate as needed basis
