Restaurant ManagerAs a restaurant manager, you are a key to our business. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency, and implementing the store strategy and action plan. Additional duties of a restaurant manager include motivating the team to complete the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, complying with company procedures, and maximizing productivity and profitability. Hiring, training, and monitoring the development of staff are also part of the role. A qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule. This position requires lifting 30 to 50 pounds and entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
