The deadline to apply for this opportunity is October 13, 2025.Role: The Financial Systems Analyst II is responsible for developing and maintaining the data structure of the Empyrean Dataverse and Empyrean Reporting module. This role identifies business and strategic opportunities and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency, cash flow and/or long-range financial position through projects, process and system enhancements. This position will report to the VP of Finance and collaborate on financial data analysis to support the credit union's balance sheet.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Manages and ensures documentation of data flow to external systems from core, recommends strategies for efficiency improvements, and develops confidence in reporting systems. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data input by balancing to core system.Analyzes complex business issues, incorporating company and industry knowledge, mathematical and technological expertise, and sound analytical processes. Conducts statistical analysis, modeling, and other quantitative techniques.Prepares hierarchical data within the Empyrean Dataverse that is aligned across all Empyrean modules.Prepares and analyzes statistical and financial reports, financial statements and supporting schedules. Recommends changes to established policies/procedures in alignment with data analysis. This includes changes to products, services, and/or internal practices.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Experience: Three or more years experience working with financial systems or models. Financial services industry experience preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data, Finance, or Economics is required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
