4. Job Overview: Utilize your blend of business acumen and technical expertise to align up to 18 dedicated clients' business objectives with technical strategies, providing crucial insights for the vCIO to adjust roadmaps and organize essential components for strategic roadmaps, thereby enabling tailored solutions for client success.


5. Responsibilities:


  • Act as the trusted technical advisor to key customer stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date and accurate information in IT Glue to help your fellow coworkers maintain the gold standard support for your clients.
  • Prepare and deliver summarized account status, task progression, open issues, and pending activities during ACE weekly meetings.
  • Assist in policy creation, testing, and continual refinement.
  • Engage actively in all facets of your clients’ complex networks, applications, securities, and officer personnel, ensuring a thorough understanding and providing strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Professional Services, Centralized Services and Support Desk as a customer advocate during escalations.
  • Aid the vCIO in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).


6. Requirements:


  • 2-5 years of hands-on network troubleshooting experience, demonstrating the ability to articulate technical information effectively across administrative, middle management, and executive levels.
  • Proficient knowledge and prior experience in supporting various network security technologies, including Firewalls, VPNs, Office365, servers, workstations, switches, and network cables.
  • Capacity to translate business objectives into detailed technical adoption plans, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


7. Performance Metrics:


  • Ensure that each client receives accurate and tailored Alignments during monthly visits, reflecting their specific needs and objectives.
  • Maintain a balance on non-alignment days to efficiently close proactive tickets generated from the previous week, ensuring timely resolution and proactive support for clients.
