Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location (on site vs remote): Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) Livingston, NJ Duration: 6 month C2H Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution. Agile Methodologies: Implement and manage Agile practices, facilitating Scrum meetings and ensuring iterative progress. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with technical requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports. Team Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification preferred. Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on technical projects in software development, IT, or engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and familiarity with software development methodologies. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment Experience as an interface between the developers and the project owners Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
