Technical Project Manager

Duration: 6 month C2H
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution.
- Agile Methodologies: Implement and manage Agile practices, facilitating Scrum meetings and ensuring iterative progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with technical requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on technical projects in software development, IT, or engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and familiarity with software development methodologies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Experience as an interface between the developers and the project owners
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
